Unable to retrieve reservations

In the last week I have not been able to retrieve any of my reservations. When I log on to my Castaway account, this is what I get..

Sorry, but we're having a problem retrieving your Castaway Club ID. Please call 1-800-449-3380 for assistance.

Has anybody else experienced this?
 
Not from a cruise perspective, but from someone who had their honeymoon Disney trip lost, I would call them immediately. I found out 5 days before our honeymoon that they "lost" our fully paid Contemporary reservation. It sucked we couldn't stay there, but the Manager Supervisor from the Contemporary bent over backwards for us and took that worry away while we were getting ready for our wedding.
 
Yes, I called them and the reservations are still in place. It was surprising that I was not even placed on hold for more than 30 secs before I spoke to a CM.

That is definitely a rarity
 
Are you, by any chance using a browser that has an old version of Flash? My Firefox gives me messages like that, but not Chrome. Try a new browser to see if that helps.
 

Dcl does not like safari if you have a mac. Sometimes it works for me but sometimes it does things like you describe.
