Unable to retrieve dining reservation?

I made some ADR's this morning online and I thought it worked like a charm. I got my confirmation and printed the page and also got an email confirmation with the numbers, etc. I just went in now to look at them and it says that "Disney is unable to retrieve your dining reservation." When I plug in the confirmation numbers.

The ones that I called on yesterday, show up. The ones I did online this morning do not. Should I be worried?

Call in to the dining #. Ask them to see if they can retrieve it. If not, ask them to go through the actual restaurant reservations. Same thing happened to me. Since your reservation is tied to your phone #, it may be a typo or as in my case it defaulted to a phone number I no longer use. Good luck.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. I had the same thing happen to me, and when I called to inquire if my reservations were still booked, they showed up on the main computer where all reservations are entered. I still can't get some of mine to show up online, so I printed each confirmation and plan to take them with me, just in case! Hope this helps ease your mind a bit.

The same thing happened to me, and then I remembered that when making the ADR they asked for a number you could be reached while in the parks. I had been trying with my home phone because that's the number with my resort reservation, but when I used my cell number it worked....just something to try.

Same here, when I couldn't pull up my ADRs I started playing around with different forms of my phone number. Sure enough, they had my old phone number AND the numbers were transposed. It is very scary to see those words "unable to retrieve".

Thanks! I am going to check now using my cell phone number - but I've never used it through disney. I guess I won't hurt to try!

It worked with my cellphone Weird. I never use my cellphone number for disney. I must have at one point! Thanks for your help

Nothing works for me. I just can't retrieve them. I rang WDW-Dine and asked them what number is linked to the reservations. They said that it says 'unknown'. I have tried making reservations with both my home and cell number but it always comes up unknown.
