Unable to modify reservations or create reservations at 11 month window

Im wondering if others are having the same issue as I have.

When I try to modify a 11 month reservation I get the error below.

I’ve tried multiple reservations on two different devices all get the same error. I tried to move my reservation a day forward and backwards(as a test)

I even get the error if try to book the same dates as I already hold. I normally don’t have any problems.

Btw the reservations are using regular points and not transferred points.

I don't think so. I tried to make a new reservation for 11 months and it didn't work either. But it did let me make one within the 7 month mark. So it seems like an issue with reservations within the home resort period
 

Wonder how busy the phones will be shortly when MS opens 🙈

That’s assumes that MS can make the change.
 
Anyone tried contacting MS asking if they could change the reservation?

ETA: I’m trying now.

ETA2: MS can change the reservations and haven’t heard of any problems.

Mine just worked. It was an 11 month booking in January at RIV.
But January is during the 7 month window now. It has to be within the 7-11 month window in which you try to modify.

Try to check if you are even allowed to create a new 11 month booking. After you hit continue you either get the error straight away or it works.

I was able to hit "Continue" on a 1-night reservation for 8/15/26 just now. No error, just took me to the contract selection screen.

I was also able to get past the Continue button to "modify" a check-in for 4/16/26 (just one day outside the 7-month window)---I did not actually change check-in/check-out though.
 
Still the error with my direct contract
Same thing is happening with me. Can’t modify or book anything between 7 and 11 months out on both my resale AKL-Jambo and direct GF contracts. I contacted member services and they said there are no known issues…
 
I was not able to modify my reservation either. Start of reservation was just inside of 11 months while the checkout date was exactly 11 months. And now the date is unavailable.
