Unable to modify my reservation on Disney Website

I have not been able to modify my existing reservations for a few months now. I used to be able to do it all the time and would change my hotel constantly. It is such a pain to call, I feel your pain.

Thank you, AngiTN, I’ll give that number a try. To recap -
1) So I should be able to remove 1 guest without rebooking the reservation
2) I will not be able to shorten length of stay without rebooking thus potentially making the change less financially desirable with parking fees and higher ticket prices

Yes, as I understand it you have both items correct.

I had a similar issue. I had to call and was put on hold for over 30mins! the Disney website is so glitchy and constantly has issues it seems. You’d think they could afford a website that works....
