Unable to make park reservations for March trip

I canceled a park reservation for March 7 and have been trying unsuccessfully to make a reservation at a different park for that day.

I keep getting:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.


HTTP ERROR 431

No luck on the app either. We're staying onsite. All the other days of the trip have park reservations in place.

Is there some new trick to this that I'm missing?

I just made one for the 12th. Maybe just wait and see if they fix it. The system might be down. or log out and log back in

OK. This is the weirdest thing. I used a different browser and got a completely different menu for making park reservations--and it let me make the reservation for the 7th. But now I have to remember how I accessed that, because it wasn't the straightforward hitting the button for park reservations on My Plans. hmmm.

ETA: Problem solved. I cleared all the cookies from my Chrome browser. Now it works.

sometimes opening an incognito window helps too.
