Unable to login to Site Support area

I am unable to get into the special Site Support forum.

When I signed up as a Site Sponsor, should I have used the same password that I used for my "normal" DIS access? I used the same username for both, but not the same password. This seems to be causing problems with both Internet Explorer and Netscape.
