Unable to link to resort reservation?

of the screwed over. I worked late last night, I don't go in until noon central time, and got up at 4:30 central to be awake to do the online stuff and go back to bed. Needless to say, I emailed them, and am now trying to stay awake until the phone lines open. It can see my vacation in my profile just fine, and I can link the reservation I made for the first day, but not anything else.

Not working for me either. It pulls up the details of my reservation but won't link it to dining. How very annoying.

Called and didn't have to wait...got everything..but would of really preferred using the online system.

I had the same issue today. I was super stressing, but then my husband called at 7AM, got right through and got everything we wanted!

Yep, had to call for every day but the first, but got our ADRs, including Ohana's and CRT as a surprise for my mom. We shall be princesses for MNSSHP and CRT, too! Antoine, the CM, went through the whole list and did everything in one shot- and everything shows up online, even without an email confirmation.

I haven't called for an ADR in forever- do they eventually send you an email for the ones you call for, or if I see it in the online profile I just print it and I'm good?

I make my ADRs on Monday the 23rd. Should I not even bother to try to do them online at this point? I have reservations to make using the Dining Plan. Does this mean I will have to pay for CRT upfront if it can't link my hotel/dining plan information?

Thanks! I'm going to go cruising the mall this weekend and see what I can find in the way of tiaras for our princess night- we're thick in prom and quinceanera season, so they should be plentiful, whereas not so much near October...

You can try, it can't hurt, save for being up an hour or so earlier than you would to call! Even if you can't link it online, the CM on the phone can link it, so you should just have to put down the card for the cancellation fee. If it doesn't link online, it won't let you go beyond the 180 day mark, so you'd have to call unless you're within the 180 day window.
