I worked late last night, I don't go in until noon central time, and got up at 4:30 central to be awake to do the online stuff and go back to bed. Needless to say, I emailed them, and am now trying to stay awake until the phone lines open. It can see my vacation in my profile just fine, and I can link the reservation I made for the first day, but not anything else.

Even if you can't link it online, the CM on the phone can link it, so you should just have to put down the card for the cancellation fee. If it doesn't link online, it won't let you go beyond the 180 day mark, so you'd have to call unless you're within the 180 day window.
