Ive been having the same problem the past few days. I may have updated that shockwave by accident but I really dont remember. There are issues with the new version of shock and vmk will not work. I cant open it on pal, and cant even click on any link or the play now on ie anymore. Check out my thread here, some very helpful ideas.

If you mean the green button wont work, simply generate a popup on this site : Click Here

Try these steps until you can login to VMK.

1. Clear your temporary files.

2. Unintall shockwave and install this version : Click here

3. Try removing all temp shockwave files.

4. If the steps didn't work, then try resetting IE. If you really want to try this, go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - Reset Internet Explorer Settings (WARNING: It clears cache + disables ALL add ons + changes homepage)
(To enable add ons go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - check mark Enable third-party browser extensions under the Browsing menu)

5. If nothing worked, try booting your computer into safe mode. ONLY visit the VMK site and try logging in. When you're done playing VMK, log off and restart your computer.. (This should be the LAST thing to do)
