Unable to change reservation?

A few weeks ago, I made a change to our reservation to add our flight information. Did this through MDE online, using the Change Reservation link and adding the Magical Express with my flight information.

Fast forward to today, and I changed our Southwest flight back home (a better flight at the same price opened up). I wanted to go change the reservation to update the flight information. When I click the same link, it just brings me back to the main My Reservations page. Any one else experiencing this? Is it because I updated once already online? I've tried different browsers and also in incognito mode to make sure it wasn't a cache/cookie issue.

The website has numerous glitches and goes down often. I would call Disney and ask them to look at your page. They may ask you to sign in/out online. I've had several reservation glitches in the last 3 trips. I got on last week to check out my reservations/fast passes & although my vacation at the time was 53 days away (& 9 day stay) it said Check in on April 10 and that I was staying thru June LOL. My June fast passes were there but dates in April and May were available to fast pass also. After 20 minutes online (Cast member was super helpful & friendly but perplexed) another dept. fixed it.
I had done online check in (only requested an hour early check in and highest floor) but it had somewhat gone crazy.
Cast member claims they refreshed it on their end and all is fine. ( I am sure they did more than that)

Are you just trying to change the flight info? Or change the actual reservation? You might be better off contacting Magical Express directly if it's the former.

At the bottom of the form, it asks if you have previously provided DME with your flight info.

A lot of people have this problem and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who can modify and who can't. Maybe try logging out/back in, clearing browser cache, etc. If that doesn't work, try calling Disney IT and see if they can fix it. If not, you may be out of luck

I swear that link is buried...the only reason I know it is because I saw it somewhere else on these boards.
