I have a reservation with a check in date of tomorrow June 21st.
I was unsure if I wanted to go or not so I kept it - I know the points would go into holding if I cancelled. However the reservation already used holding points so it would be a wash.
I now try to cancel the reservation but the cancel button is gone. Website says to call member services. As its past 9pm member services is closed.
I should be able to cancel up until check in day - that's tomorrow.
I've written an email through the member website trying to explain that I can't cancel myself.
Is there anything else I can to do avoid losing my points completely?
