Unable to book current UY

I’ve been in contact with Member Services several times today and I’ve had no luck. I have a June UY with multiple contracts across 4 resorts. All contracts are June UY. When checking online about a booking in the current UY (anything before May 31, 2026) I see availability but when I click to book (where the screen with the contract I want to pull points from normally comes up) I get the 7 dwarfs. It doesn’t matter which resort, home or otherwise, I get the dwarfs. If I try for dates starting June 1, 2026 (start of the next UY) I can book normally. I recently banked my 2025 points into 2026, I understand banking and borrowing are final transactions, but the system should be prompting me to borrow points from the 2026 allotment. I have tried different devices, Safari and Chrome, cleared cookies and also tried incognito mode. Member Services has sort of thrown their hands up and told me to give it a few days to see if the system resolves the issue on its own. If not, we need to get IT involved. I’m hoping this make sense to someone else too. It’s just odd.
 
That is extremely odd and I have unfortunately nothjng to help.
I emailed member services and I’m hoping they can help from that end. Now I’m wondering how long it’s been going on and if I stumbled on it today. There has to be a fix
 
If you’re willing to spend some more time on it, I’d try calling IT directly.

I’ve had to call a few times over the years (including on the 4th of July two years ago) and it was never a long wait and those CMs were very good at what they do. I’d give it shot!

I gave them a call, they believe it’s something with the way a contract is loaded into the system and transferred me over to DVC MS. They in turn put a ticket in for IT. Hoping it’s an easy fix on their end

If you banked your 2025 points into 2026 That means your points start June 1 2026. If you wanted a vacation before may 31 2026 those would be 2025 points.

Correct however you should still be allowed to borrow from your 2026 allotment, but of course not the banked points but only the regular non banked and not borrowed points.

Exactly what I told MS when they told me that I did not have any allotted points. The system is rigged to ask about borrowing from the following UY. I’m so glad it’s fixed.
