I’ve been in contact with Member Services several times today and I’ve had no luck. I have a June UY with multiple contracts across 4 resorts. All contracts are June UY. When checking online about a booking in the current UY (anything before May 31, 2026) I see availability but when I click to book (where the screen with the contract I want to pull points from normally comes up) I get the 7 dwarfs. It doesn’t matter which resort, home or otherwise, I get the dwarfs. If I try for dates starting June 1, 2026 (start of the next UY) I can book normally. I recently banked my 2025 points into 2026, I understand banking and borrowing are final transactions, but the system should be prompting me to borrow points from the 2026 allotment. I have tried different devices, Safari and Chrome, cleared cookies and also tried incognito mode. Member Services has sort of thrown their hands up and told me to give it a few days to see if the system resolves the issue on its own. If not, we need to get IT involved. I’m hoping this make sense to someone else too. It’s just odd.
