Unable to access Annual Dues page online

So I just noticed that my August annual dues were not withdrawn from my account. It's been on autopay for months, no idea why it suddenly stopped. I tried to check online, but the Annual Dues page leads me to an error and a message to call Member Accounting. I tried calling and learned they are closed on the weekends.

I'm wondering if anyone else is getting that error, or if it's just me? This is the link: https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/home/dues/dues-payment/

My dues were taken on August 1.

Mine come out the 15th of each month and I do not have any issues seeing dues info on the member site.
