I finally got the last of my necklaces I ordered
....

Seems like it took forever to get here.
Like it was on a slow boat from China.
No, seriously.....

The lighter blue color in the necklace is actually more of a turquoise, it shows up darker in the picture than it really is. I think my favorite is the round one, it's really pretty on.
Not sure yet what I'll wear it with, but at least I have a few to pick from and decide.
Hope ya'll are having a better day then the last few days in the wake of things going on in this world.
If I've learned anything since 9/11 it's to tell the people in your life you love them.
Hug your spouse, significant other, kids, nieces, nephews.
And be sure what ever you do....laugh, and laugh often, even if it's through tears. It defuses the evil in this world and sets your heart to moving forward again, it's soooo important to keep moving forward.
Even Uncle Walt knew this.
If you are looking for something to help you get to a place of laughing again, I'll leave you with this picture of my Kitty Boy....

He was being a curious little kitty and tried playing with my glasses when I had them sitting on my exercise mat (I was doing some of my p.t. exercises-yes they required me to have my glasses off). He wouldn't leave them alone so I got this hair brain idea, it helped me to laugh again. Hope it does the same for you.
And hey.....I love y'all, and I'm so, so, so blessed to have each and every one of you in my life.

Sounds just awful, especially as the 2nd major tragic event in the space of a few days
I have no idea about the geography of Texas and whether you are anywhere near it, but I hope you and your family are all ok

And trust me, he really is a character.

A woman who lived two blocks away from the plant gave an interview today on the news who said she had just come home from work and the neighbor called to ask her e"]about the smoke they were seeing and smelling, (the plant had a fire before the explosion happened) they both met outside to talk about it and then the explosion happened, she said she was knocked to the ground. She then crawled to her neighbors side of the house to get under the eaves of their home to avoid being hit by the debris falling all around her.

I can't believe it's finally almost here!! This has been one heck of a journey to get here and I'm so grateful you'll be apart of it.
There is no need to feel you have to hang with us the entire time if you need the rest, we want you to enjoy this trip and rest as much as you can.
