Yeah I saw those while reading through. That’s what made me wonder if I had missed emails.

Steven posted the information that was in the two emails that were sent out this week to this thread. There was an email sent out on August 6 with the subject "DIS Family Reunion: August Updates" but that information is in the subsequent "Know Before You Go" messages. Before that there was a "June Updates" message that linked to the schedule, ticketing, and pages on FB.

Thanks PJ. My wife, daughter, and I are also GKTW volunteers. We don’t get there nearly as much as we’d like since we live in NJ but we try to book a shift every time we come down. One reason my wife wants us to move down there is so that she can volunteer there regularly.

I'm very confused about the guest list. People like Ashley Eckstein and James arnold Taylor dropped off the schedule randomly a while back.

The DIS just posted a Facebook post with a picture that included those 2. Can we get a definitive guest list?

Howdy y'all! Some updates on my end: I am coming to the event. My family just finalized long-term evacuation plans, and I will be assisting on the backend recovery efforts. Meaning, I will be very busy when power and other infrastructure comes back, but right now there's not much for me to do for them. My MCO arrival timeline slightly changed though, because I had plans to visit the aunt that is now (surprise!) receiving my family for evacuation. So we agreed it was better to focus on my parents/family arrival than our froufrou spa days.

I will be arriving while the JockLindsays event is underway- so sad to miss y'all. Changing flights this late didn't leave much options to arrive earlier. All my hosting events are on, and I'll be there to welcome y'all. I'd love to add a Geyser Point or Tiki Terrace gathering, but not sure of best day/time. Sunday evening?

Logistics Update: I will be looking through the most updated information to note any impacts to our events. Next week I'll send a reminder to hosts for those who have signed up, so they're on the lookout for our DISguests. To my awareness the first posts are updated with known events & hosts.

HOSTS PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR MEETING LOCATION 24HRS PRIOR TO EVENT. In areas where a new person could be confused, please be particular in your description so we can find each other. First posts will be updated.

HOSTS PLEASE WAIT 10-15MIN OR GIVE A DEFINITE LEAVE TIME. For example, if you're traveling by a certain time to another location, please be clear in your description of the event. Some events are designed to just linger in one location and that's great, too. It's best to share expectations in advance so folks can make plans as they travel in the heat and populace.

The Schedule link on the DIS Family Reunion site is the most up to date schedule we have to share. There have been a few changes over the past month but for the most part we are about 90-95% the same. Comes with the industry as a few got called back for movie/acting roles since accepting their appearance with us potentially over a year ago.

I'm not sure if Youtube is showing my time (central) or where the show is broadcast from. Youtube on my TV says 6PM but live in 3 hours. Youtube on my phone says 1PM. I need more coffee.

Hi Steven, Quick question on DHS entry. Are we allowed entry into DHS park as early as 8 or 8:30pm? I wanted to be sure I understand what it means to pick up credentials at DHS in advance, because it impacts an event I'm hosting if we are allowed advance entry into DHS park. Thanks so much!

PS Where exactly is bus pick-up from Contemporary to event? I realized I assumed it was on the convention side of the Contemporary, but maybe it's at the hotel? Thnx!

Good afternoon! The park will allow guests in around 8:30pm-9:00pm, depending on how fast the park clears for the day, but they will be held at PizzeRizzo. Yes, the bus should pick up on the Convention side.
