We have a small stroller. I think it's actually called an umbrella stroller? Anyways, there's no umbrella on top or anything protecting DD4 from sun. I've heard that the "clip-on" umbrellas are cheap and don't work well. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? What I could use and where to get it? I don't want to bring her bigger stroller becuz it's just so big and bulky and hard to fold up. TIA

How about a new umbrella stroller? Babies R Us has umbrella strollers with an actual umbrella on top, they are only $19.00. (plus there is a net on the pack to carry some small items in.)

The only add-on canopies I have ever seen are just to extend an existing canopy and won't work unless your stroller already has one (like the Protect-a-bub or Rayshade by Prince Lionheart). This stroller umbrella is supposed to be "upf 50" according to the website: http://www.leapsandboundscatalog.com/product/27210/324767/117.html

I've seen clip on stroller umbrella's at the Burlington store Baby Depot as well. It may not be ideal but it would be better than nothing. :)
