Hello everyone! I guess I should start with introductions, shouldn't I?! I am still a little new to this board. I joined in February 2005. Well I guess I'm not new. now look at me I am rambling (sorry!).

Back to the introductions, shall we?

My name is Jennifer. Most of you know me as umaangel00. I am 24 and a CSR for Charter Communications. I know, I know who on Earth would want a job like that right? ME! :rotfl2: The only time the job sucks is when you get a fat angry customer on the phone yelling and screaming at you for nothing. Well that's at least how I imagine it.

The other cast member in my life is my DH. His name is Collin. He is 25. He basically does everything at the company he works for. It's own by his parents which mean job security. Cha-ching!!!!

We have been married for almost 5 years (January 6, 2001 is when we got married). We have no children but we do have fur babies. 1 dog (Molly: age 2) and 4 cats ( Quincy: age 9, Arnold: age 7, Rascal: age 4 and Cosmo: age: 2).

Now that we all know each other let's get right to have trip report at hand.

We got back from Disney in March. First thing I said was I WANT TO GO BACK! DH, ever the rational one state, not till we have children. I was so bummed! I wanted to go back right away. Well if we couldn't go back until we had children I figured well we better get started right away! But that is a different story. I decided to try a different approach. I begged and pleaded with DH instead. He finally agreed that we could go back for 2 weeks in March. And then we would go for one week in December so we could see the Christmas decorations. I was on :cloud9: Then it hit me. I need to start planning! :earseek:

First I needed to decide where to stay. That was the easy part. We stayed offisite before so we would do that again. I found a condo in our price range and booked it. We decided to start saving money towards the trip. That has yet to happen! Next we needed to decide on what tickets we should buy. We were planning on going for a total of 3 weeks so we decided on the PAP's. Most effective we would guess.

Well then life happened and we didn't save money and my job will only let me take 2 weeks total instead of 3 weeks for vacations next years so now we are down to 1 week in March and 1 week in December. It's pretty much all planned. We do not go by schedules because we do not see the need to. We are planning on going to Universal the first time and Kennedy Space Center the second time.

I hope you have enjoyed my post. This is my first ever trip report. I know it's kind of rough. But cut the newbie some slack will ya! LOL. :goodvibes

hey any plan is better then no plan.......right?

Hope you have a great time and dont' forget to post a trip report

We have a major calling Center for Charter in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, do you work there?

Nope I work for the one in Walker, MI. But we are virtual with the one in Bay City MI and the one in Fond Du Lac WI as well. That means, we take their calls and they take ours. That also means we alternate holidays as well. So we had Thanksgiving off because Fond Du Lac was open. We will be open for Christmas and then Bay City will be open for New years. It's a great system we have going! Many policies changes with it too! :rotfl:

"Not till we have children!" What was he thinking? My dh wanted to wait until said child(ren) was 7! Some people get the mouse, and some just don't. But I am a big, big planner. I just hate eating pretzels for dinner. ;)

I hate to plan everything when on vacation. To me, its not a vacation if you have to stick to a schedule. We are leaving on the 10th and check in is on the 12th so that will give us 2 days to get there. It's a 24 hour trip from here. We will be leaving on the 17th and I won't need to be back to work until the 20th so that wont be so bad. I am really excited about this trip. It can not come fast enough! There were so many things I didnt get to do before that I can do on this trip and on the one in December. HEHE.

Sounds great!! Dh tried to talk me into, waiting until we have kids, but I got one more trip out of him. Have a great time!
