Question for all you WDW veterans out there: Can UPH passes be purchased one at a time? The reason I'm asking is that I'm pretty much prepaying for most of our vacation excluding food and souvenirs. Right now I have a room only reservation that I booked through CRO and I'm making payments on and want to know whether I can buy UPH passes one at a time instead of all at once. I understand that these passes are not mailed to you, I believe they're part of your resort room key if I'm not mistaken. I also noticed that you can purchase them online through the WDW official website. How does purchasing them online work? I would like to start purchasing these tickets as soon as the prices for 2004 come out. Thanks in advance for your responses.:D

I think that you can buy UPH separately if you are staying at a Disney Resort (which it looks like you are) by calling 407-W-DISNEY. The price is $114/day for adults and $91/day for kids, this is the advance purchase price. The only way you can get these online is by booking a package deal.

Sorry, but no. If my understanding is correct, you can only purchase UPH's two ways...as part of a package or when you check into your resort. Period. We were trying to pay for everything in advance and got a better deal by paying for our airfare and hotel separately (we're staying at POR). But we cannot purchase our UPH's (I want the UPH's as opposed to PH+ for the DisneyQuest admission) until we actually check into the resort.

Go to the Disney web site and actually try to purchase a UPH...you can't do it!! It was driving me crazy! LOL

I'm sure it's not the answer you were looking for, but hope it helps.

How frustrating. What I don't get is why on the WDW website the UPH passes are listed as if you can purchase them in advance and at a discount at discount to boot. I know you wouldn't get the passes until you check in, but the website encourages you to purchase them in advance. I'm going to call CRO for clarification.

Sorry it took to long to post, I've been busy this weekend. Anyway, the CM I spoke with said that yes, you can buy UPH passes one at a time. He said that the tickets should be purchased over the phone through CRO. Once again, prices for next year aren't yet but he said they should be by July or August. That's a big relief for me because it makes it so much easier to budget. As for purchasing them online, there must be a glitch in their system. You have to be a resort guest in order to get UPH so if you tried to purchase just the tickets online, it takes you to the room reservation screen first. The system doesn't know that you've already made separate room only reservations. I guest that's why the CM told me call back CRO when I'm ready to purchase them. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Oh BTW, I forgot to say that UPH passes are not $114 a night as was previously posted. I checked the WDW website to get a ballpack figure for our trip next year and passes for 9 nights are $393 for adults and $314 for kids ages 3-9; these are advance purchase rates. Can you imagine $114 a night for nine nights? That would be $1,026 not including tax! Whew!
