Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour

Posting my question here since I'm trying to book through DVC with my discount.

In the DVC site under "Event Calendar", it shows the "Ultimate Nights of Adventure VIP Tour" is available for November 4th. When I called DVC, the CM said it's either sold out or not open for booking because she wasn't able to book it.

Does anyone here have experience as to when these tours open up for booking? The DVC site hasn't been much help--unless I'm overlooking some detail that explains the booking process. Aside from trying to call back in a few days, I'm not sure what else to do.

In case anyone was curious, I called again today and was able to book the tour for 2. She said it opens 180 days out. Not sure why the gal couldn't book it the other day.
