anyone downloaded it? is it worth $19.97. can you really save money with it or can you save just as much getting tips off the dis boards?

Save your money. I purchased it and somehow led me to these boards...I think it was the part about renting DVC points that led me here. Since you've already found DIS, use your twenty bucks on UG and TGM! They are worth it!
