Does anybody know if the Disney Ultimate 14 Day ticket includes the cover charges for the night time entertainment in Downtown Disney.

Yes it gives access to Pleasure Island at Downtown Disney, this is the only place that charges at some of its venues.

Do you still have to pay for the venues that do charge or does this get covered by the ultimate ticket too?

Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island are free to enter it is just some of the clubs that charge and generally unless a special event then the ticket will cover it.
