Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew what options Disney offers to guests suffering from Ulcerative Colitis? I know Universal Studios offers line passes and was wondering if Disney has any options available.

Thanks!

There is no way to skip lines at Disney. Your best bet is to stop before you enter a line for restroom stops.

Nothing. I'm not sure what you would expect them to offer. There is no way to skip the lines at WDW, unless you are with family on a MAW trip.

DD17 suffered from UC for 2.5 years before having a total colectomy last year.

During our WDW trips, she did that same things she always did at home....drink/carry water at all times, eat smaller, more frequent meals (rather than large ones).

Also, Universal does not offer "line passes". I think the biggest issue is getting out of a line and getting back in if you have to use the restroom. In that case I'd speak with the closest CM and see if they can get you back in the line more quickly when you return. As was mentioned, there is no "front of the line" unless you are a child on a wish trip, and then it's only for the duration of that trip. Even they often have to wait.

Hi - Disney offers a FastPass for some rides that might work for you.

disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/fast-pass/
disneyland.disney.go.com/plan/guest-services/fastpass/

I think that might be what Universal offers that you're referring to.

I have UC and have been to Disney many times. They're great, especially in the sit-down restaurants, about dietary needs and have only gotten better over the years.

I hope you have a great trip! Let me know if you have any other questions.

-Sam
