When do tour groups come from UK?

I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you mean tour groups like the ones that come from the southern american countries to WDW - all dressed in the same colour tops and following a flag - then we don't really do that sort of thing.
Most of the British holiday makers are families as opposed to huge groups of teenagers on a break from school.

I thought the same - all we got was Thorpe Park (before it was any good) and 4 days in Dorset!
