UK room discount and free dining deals 2015...where to look!

It says the car is complimentary.

Are your dates hitting half term so higher flight prices?

I had asked for flying on 31st Oct but she's done Nov 1st as she says that saves a lot.
I'm pretty sure half term is later. Like the last week of Oct.

We have enough miles to maybe do a M+M if any are worth it.

I'm now on the waiting list!!! Hoping similar deals to the past couple of years come out ;)

Sorry another 'Free Dining offer' question ....
I'm a newbie to Disney World :-) have looked through the US offer history and I think (hopefully, fingers and toes crossed) our dates maybe included in an offer later this year ?!? We were going to stay offsite at Lake Buena Vista Resort/Caribe Royale or Hawthorn Suites but have now decided to wait to see what on-site offers appear :confused3 I read somewhere that UK offers can sometimes combine both a discount and a free dining is this correct ? Any advice is really appreciated .... thank you xxxxx

Yes, you are quite correct. Generally the free dine depends on the type of resort booked. Values attract no free dine, moderates the quick service dining plan and deluxe, the regular dining plan. In terms of offers, 35% off, free regular dine and $100-$200 gift card when booking a deluxe is not unheard of. Look out for this deal later in April (hopefully) on Saratoga Springs and Old Key West on the Walt Disney Travel Company UK website. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the offers for 2014 have finished. Everyone is waiting for 2015 at the moment.

The good news is that free dining in the UK wasn't offered for December travel anyway :)

Hi. I am also waiting patiently for free dining 2015 (hopefully September :yay: ).

Does any one have any experience booking through the US site?

I have heard that the US deals are different from our UK deals. I am hoping that booking it thorugh the US site we would be able to get free dining at one of the value resorts. BUT I have also heard that there could be a problem when it comes to actually getting the offers as we are not US citizens.

Any one have any experience with this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

We booked with free dining on the US site for last October. Booked online with US Disney - 14 nights at all star movies with free QSDP which we paid to upgrade to DDP.

Have also had free us dining 2009. No probs at all booking on US website.

US dining usually is launched May for September the following year.

This can then be extended July time for Autumn dates - October to December - excluding Thanksgiving and xmas.

You need to book a package - hotel and magic your way tickets to qualify.

Longest MYW ticket is 10 days. We didn't find this a problem as we added water parks.

I know that the dinning offers are usually released in April, but I booked for room discount with BC in Jan this year for Sept this year.

I might be going next sept with my mum but wanted to know when the room discounts are usually released once the dinning deals have ended? Does anyone know :)

Many thanks dixonsontour. That's really helped :)

Sorry should have said US free dining is released May usually for September the SAME year and sometimes extended in summer for Autumn dates.

US Disney offers assume you will travel within a few months of booking.

So the question is now....do we go with the UK offer when / if it comes available in April this year or do we wait and take the risk that free dining will be offered in May 2015 :confused3

Looking to book for end of July 2015, waiting for free dining as I really want to stay at Polynesian Resort. Anyone else stayed there? Is it worth the extra money? I normally stay at the Wilderness Lodge but really want free dining :)

WL and Poly will both have the same free DDP.

Both will have the same free dining if this years deals are the same as last year. I would avoid the Poly at all costs though until the current building work is finished. I expect it will we complete by 2015 but do check.

OKW & SSR were previsously showing on searches for my dates - now they're not!

I remember those two resorts temporarily disappearing from the system a year or so back as well and then they returned. It may be that they are starting to prepare to load new dates and prices. Hang in there :goodvibes

Yes - my post was more in excitement than panic - I realise now that that's impossible to know from my post.

Here's hoping they're starting the discount process!

How far in advance can you normally book SSR/OKW? I'm looking at September 2015 and quite interested if they do the discount and free dining

My friendly cashier at Tesco told me today she had been in at Thomson Travel looking to book for October 2015 and the agent told her to come back after 24th April when I told her Disney deals for 2015 should be out soon. l told her to speak to me first!!

Should be able to book as soon as the offers are out later in the month. Yes, free dining with discount has historically been offered for both those resorts :thumbsup2
