**UK Dis Girly Weekend - 'On The Way Home' !!' **

I just had a thought, can you see why I am not covering mine and Karens bar bill, she is a woman of expensive taste, you can get on the Lambrini woman, Lambrini girls just want to have fun, OMG, can you imagine a Kir Lambrini:rotfl2:

OK, I have to ask - what's Lambrini???

oh and we will have to go to Caroline Street even if we are full, it is a Cardiff tradition that a drunken night out finishes in Caroline Street, affectionately known as chip alley, it is literally just a street (alley) lined with takeaways, we can all get a Clarkes Pie, you will be proper Cardiff then, the Hayes which is just off chip alley alos has nice places where we can sit outside and order jugs of cocktails, what do you reckon Sue ?

Chip alley and Lambrini ! top night out :cool1:

theres some lovely places down the bay where we can sit and sip cocktails Mand, I hope the sun shines so we can sit outside. I love The Yard which is in the Old Brewery Quarter, lovely sofas to lounge about on, and its just opposite the Hard Rock which Sue is planning for our lunch, and talking of the Hard Rock bring on the Ritas.

Sounds great, Jules!! :thumbsup2 I like sofas AND cocktails... :goodvibes

I can't wait to be "proper Cardiff" - I can totally hear you saying that, Jules... ;)

oh no !! tell me thats a joke Karen ;)

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: That's funny

you will all be able to go home and tell your faimlies that you are proper Cardiff or proper Valleys if you are able to eat a Clarkes pie without getting gravy down your disco tops, that is the challenge. There is a difference between me and Sue, I am sure she will back me up, she says Caerdiff whereas I say Cardiff, but Sue talks nicely and I am Valleys so sound like Nessa from Gavin and Stacey on a bad day, tidy like, alright....

I'm more of a fagg0ts, peas and chips kinda gal (classy eh ??:rotfl: :rotfl: ), but if there's a challenge involving a Clarkes pie, then I'm up for it :)

Jules, I love your accent :thumbsup2

I especially loved the gravy! At least I think I did - we stopped buying them when the big kids were little as they wouldn't eat them. I guess that says it all really... :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Sounds like you girls are in for a fun weekend......:woohoo:

I have been reading this thread everyday and you all make me laugh! :rotfl:

So I was wondering if there is anyone going from the Hertfordshire area as I would like to come but don't really fancy travelling on my own?
