UK Brides Advice

Hi,

My sister is getting married at Sea Breeze Point on 30th September. We know she and her fiancee have to get a marriage licence in Florida but does she need to do anything in the UK before she leaves? Her fiancee is from Uruguay but is currently a Florida resident and she is currently in Scotland.
