Uhaul or Penske

Anyone have any experience with renting moving trucks? We're helping a relative move from MI to VA in 2 weeks. Which would you consider more "reliable" and why? Any comments are welcome.

Penske always quotes me cheaper, so we usually end up using them.

I moved cross-country twice with Penske. The trucks were great and so were the rates.
