Uh, oh...noisy room on deck 2?? Please advise

We were in 2514 on the 8/21 Eastern. The first night we had trouble going to sleep-sounded like they were moving (dropping?) chairs or boxes above our heads. Luckily my 2 dd's were so tired they went right to sleep. After that night we were ok until the 3rd or 4th night, woke up around 2 to the noise again. So it was noisy, but only on certain nights, and once going into port.
