Ugh!

Somebody stole my stapler again. I need to set up a surveillance video to see who keeps doing this! I've lost about 12 staplers in the last 2 years. Do people help themselves to things on your desk at work?

My pens are pretty safe, but I do lock some of them up in my desk every night. One time, they stole the little ring thing in my tape dispenser, but left the tape dispenser.

Hmm, I might need to finally go to ebay to see if I see my stapler.

I think you should booby-trap your stapler so no one takes it!! Use permanent marker to draw Mickey Mouse on it, so you can identify it later on someone else's desk!

You can etch an identification number on all your office supplies. This will help the police to track down the stolen items and it will be easier for them to return your items when they find them. I hope you have notified the police? Better yet, call the FBI. Maybe they can put up road blocks before the thieves get out of town.

We3luvdisney, I could always call our security office here. But, I had to show one of the security guys the other day how to turn the light on in my office. I'm not sure if they'd be much help.

Doe, if I had one Mickeyized and it came up missing, I'd think I worked with some DIS'ers or something. But if I worked with DIS'ers, I know I'd get it back!

At my office, we used to have problems with people taking other people's lunches from the refrigerator. Not that I condone it, but I can at least understand how a person could want some type of store bought lunch, but these people would take people's homemade lunches! One person found that a bite had been taken from their sandwhich! Yuck!

They certainly did when I worked at the hospital. And things never made their way back. I found it sooooooooooooooooooo annoying!

The last place I worked people not only took things off desks & ate whatever they wanted out of the 'frig, they'd actually go through my desk looking for stuff! I had to lock everything in my drawer (only one locked) & even then I came back from lunch one day & found it had been jimmied.

I bought the entire Pooh desk set when I worked at the travel office, no one could hide any of these things! Everyone at the office knew I was a Pooh-aholic so they would have turned any suspect in.

I have the MICKEY executive collection, on my desk..everything is MICKEY shaped..stapler,tape dispenser....business card holder,post it note holder,calculator....pen and pencil holder...people don't dare take my stuff, they know it would be too obvious where they got it...LOL

Have you ever seen the movie Office Space? Poor Milton...they took away his red stapler....and he had to take matters into his own hands Hehehehe!

Staplers, tape dispensers and pens ALWAYS disappear from my desk. And then someone had the audacity to steal my aspirin, paper plates, and popcorn from my filing cabinet!!
