I'm like so behind i was suppose to make my ADR like a month and a half ago, but how am i suppose to plan and make them if i have no clue on where and what we will be doing at that time. I know the places i would like to eat, well most of them, just don't know what times to make them for. any advice?? lol

Take a look at park hours And decied what parks you will be at. Ten your reservations will fall into place, find out soon so you get the reservations you want.

Decide which parks you will visit which day and if you are choosing a restaurant inside a park or a resort nearby (like being at Magic Kingdom and dining at Poly) then dining on those days will be easy to decide, just pick lunch or dinner. Or take what is still available in some cases. If you are dining at a resort or downtown Disney, than just go wherever you want. I would chose a slightly earlier dining time than I really wanted to allow wait time before being seated and then more wait time before your order is taken.

I would look at the calendar figure out which days you are at which park if you are subscribed touringplans they have a great calendar that tells which park would be the best. Then figure out what restaurants are closes and work with that. Hope you have a good time. If you have problem getting the restaurants you want try for off times instead of the regular times.

:welcome: to the boards.

I always start with either touringplans.com if I have a subscription or easywdw.com if I want to use that since it's free.

I figure out which park I'm going to be on which day based on their best day choices. I write that down. I figure out if I'll be doing DTD that trip since some trips I skip that and I write that down.
Then I choose my ADR's based on the park (or DTD) I'm going to be in for each day.

I usually book my ADR's on-line so that would be your final step. Going on-line and booking your ADR's. As for times, you'll know best on what your family likes.

My family likes lunch ADR's. When I go solo, I split it up - some lunch and some dinner ADR's. I know I can't get my family up in the mornings so we either don't do breakfast ADR's at all or they are later in the morning.
We don't care for buffets so I seldom book those. And my kids don't want to do character meals anymore so I don't book those either.

Depending on what restaurants you are trying to book, you may have to take whatever times are available. Good luck!
