Ugh...work vent!

I'm a supervisor for a large company, and there is one other supervisor in my department. She thinks nothing of undermining my authority, and I called her on it today after she completely changed around something i'd already laid out to the staff, and now she's pouting. If it's not done "her" way, she thinks it's the wrong way.

Please tell me how to deal with this...I tend to let things "slide" and then blow, like I did today.
