I had to change my user name because I forgot my password :(

A little background, we've been to Disney in August stayed at the Poly (loved it) except for the heat.
September we stayed at the Beach Club(didn't feel like Disney) plus heavy crowds

January we stayed at the wilderness (loved it) moderate crowds. We also got married at the Poly :)

Our daughter will be 3 in October 2016 and were in a dilemma.

We would love to go durning fall for all the decorations. Would love light crowds, she will get bored in line.
We're leaning towards the last week of October, Beginning of November or December.

Advice,ideas?
So many choices.....

Hmmmm. Out of your choices, I like beginning of Nov. It is my favorite time to go. Weather is perfect, decorations are up, lower crowds.

When is her birthday? With how close to 3 or being 3 I would lean on going right before she turns 3 either way while she is still free for buffets/all you can eat and park tickets. There are pretty much no periods of light crowds anymore.

She'll be 3 on October 20th. I were hoping for maximum wait times of 30 minutes

She'd love to to see the fall decorations. And we'd probably spend a lot of time at MK and swimming

It will definitely save you a good bit of money if you go before she turns 3. She's free as long as she's 2. If you work the FP+ system, you shouldn't have too much trouble. There will be lines, but you can make it work - we never wait in a line more than 30 minutes long and we go in the middle of the summer so it can be done. If you go the week of her birthday but not the last week of October, you should miss the Columbus Day crowds and the heavier Halloween Day crowds so I think that would be the perfect time to go!

I agree with the OP and try and go before DD turns 3 and save the money

It will easily save you hundreds in going before she turns 3. Crowds will be similar in mid october and early nov. December stays busy. They won't be like summer/holiday weeks but some lines will be longer than 30 mins. With planning and FP and being at park opening you will be able to do a ton.

As a 14 year local I would go 1st week of October. The week of Columbus Day thru Halloween is very very busy anymore. Fall breaks with schools bring huge crowds. Early November is busy also with free dining.
