ugh! Von's won't accept my billing code

I'm a rural area, so my numbers are 0, 2, and 1. I know the trick to put two zeros at the end, but it turns out to be 02100, and they can't authenticate.

I really wanted to get a delivery for my trip - it would save me a lot in food costs.

Any ideas how to fix it?

What exactly is VON and what are wanting to deliver to where?? Not sure how to help you out, sorry

That trick is for gas pump validation in the US. If you are trying to get groceries delivered, you would have to use the zip for your destination for the delivery address. If their system won't accept a PC for billing address, try using the same zip as for delivery. I have had some success with this in the past as the billing information often is not sent through to the card issuer for validation. You could also try PayPal if this is offered as an option as that will often get around the entry of a billing address.

Ah, thanks! I didn't see PayPal offered as an option. Do they take it immediately if it's PayPal, or should I wait til closer to the time I'm going?

I just checked my Von's account and I have the hotel address as my address.

Grocery delivery in Anaheim.

I put the hotel address as my delivery address, but it wanted my billing address zip code.

I think my friend and I will hit a grocery store at some point on Wednesday if I can't sort this out.

Ugh, can you try a different zip code and see if it works? Mine (also in BC) is 96700 with the 00 at the end.

I think it has to be the billing address on the credit card. I'll try again later though and see if that works.

I think your issue might stem from the fact that 02100 is not a valid zip code: https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookup...state=Select&urbanCode=&postalCode=02100&zip=

I actually have this issue as well and I end up using 62901 at gas stations that ask. Although using the USPS lookup 02101 also does not exist. 02111 does though, so I suggest trying that.

Just wondering if you ever got this to work and if so what billing zip code did you use - hotel one?
