This year, the first half of June came out in late December, the rest in March.

I am waiting on the beginning of June as well. Although, we may end up canceling June and doing March to get maximum Star Wars. We already booked hotels for both times, and I got the March discount. I am hoping to get one for June too, but I wouldn't cancel if we couldn't.

We are going the last week in June. I know I hate waiting for Disney discounts to come out. I did already book the BC with a travel agency. Now I'm waiting for park hours to come out and see when EMH days are so I can start planning!

You could go ahead and book and then call and have the discount applied when it comes out.

Not sure what your check-in date in June will be but they are sending out Pin Codes. I got one yesterday for up to 30% off rooms at select resorts for stays January 2 - June 7th! I won't be using it or going at that time but just wanted to let you know. Check your email just in case!

I got an early June CSR business (club level) room for $216 a night. The room is normally $289 so the pin code helped a lot.

1) The discount only runs for the first 2 nights of our trip (early June discount). Would you take the gamble and wait for another discount that would run for 4 of our nights, or just book now knowing that it's a for sure discount?

You could book now, then if another comes out for the rest of your trip, call and apply it instead (assuming it is better). I suppose you could also do two reservations, but I've never done that and am afraid I would have to move rooms.

This discount only hits our first night, so I am debating on booking anyway and calling later to apply something else to the rest of the trip; or waiting another couple months for the next discount.

Well I guess I don't know for sure, I know I have booked rack rate and called to apply a discount later, so I'm thinking they could remove one discount and put you on another (subject to availability), but maybe someone else can chime in on this?

I also know you can call back in and get different answers from different CMs! Once it took me 3 CMs before I got one that would apply free dining to my reservation.

One of the other posters even says you can change to the new discount in MDE but I don't know how that works. I thought you had to call in to apply a discount to an existing reservation.

Thanks for the info! I'm still a little hesitant to do this as I'm guessing we might only have an option to upgrade rooms choices if our room category isn't available. It's strange because I called at 7 am on the nose this am and the room type we booked was not available for the discount so we would either have had to upgrade, downgrade, or switch hotels. All of which is more complicated if we have to switch discounts too I'm guessing. What did you end up doing?
