UGh! Planning is so hard for June! Someone help me!

Okay so we want to do an early June trip and I picked June 6-10th being that So Cal ap's are blocked and it's before the Cars Land craziness. I've already booked the Park Vue for those dates.

But I just saw a thread that said there will be Grad nights the 6th, 7th and 8th. We have deluxe ap's and we are blocked the 9th so that will be our chill out day. Then we will just do a quick morning on the 10th and then we head home by noon.

So, my question is keep it on those days and expect early closings or make it Sun- Thurs and expect large crowds because all passes will be valid???

There is a thread on here somewhere about the grad nights. It looks like the park will close at 11 and then the grad night stuff starts. It's the first year they're doing it this way so I don't think anyone has for sure answers on how it will affect crowds.

We'll be there the 2-9 and I was thinking of going to Sea World on the 6th as that's the first grad night while we're there.

They aren't doing early closings this year for grad nights. We're going that whole week and I'm still debating about which day to make our 'day off'..I haven't even checked out the ap dates..good to know it's during the first part of our week.

That is a tough one. If it wasn't for grad night when you will likely have to leave DL between 10 and 11pm would you surely be staying in the park until 12am closing? If so you will loose something.

Its quite possible the trade off is loose 4 hours in the parks on the later dates, versus spend hours more in lines and finding viewing spots when APs are allowed in.

All in all it's a gamble.

We are also booked in at Park Vue from June 6th to June 15th. I also wondered about grad night. Coming from Australia I had not heard of it and will be interested in any feedback people have.

Well... we would stay at least til 10 and then we always choose one night which would probably be Friday night to stay til closing. If closing is 11, thats pretty good still. Has there been any official info on closing time for those nights?

I guess it would still be better even with grad nights to be there when the other APs are blocked. Funny how things have changed over the years. We would never dream of going on a weekend in the summer months a few years ago and now I'm planning on lighter crowds on the weekend??
