We haven't been to WDW - except for a quick day trip - since 2006. I was so excited to go back and then I started planning our reservations and where we will eat and I realized ds 11 is no longer eligible for the Kids Meals. He has sensory issues and food is a big problem ---I know that going out to eat has to be somewhere we can get ckn stips/nuggets, pepperoni/cheese pizza, mac and cheese, or hot dogs.
HELP! It looks like if we do buffets we are pretty much okay --but we liked the steak house in Canada the last few times ---but now ds will need to eat reg menu and there isn't anything; looks the same for a number of other places. Counter services are okay too ---but we like to do at least one Table service a day ---that's part of the reason we pay for the dining.
What do people w/ picky eaters that are over kids age do? Will they allow a person over 9 to order the children's menu? For us it's not a cost issue --we'll even pay extra ---I just want him to have something he'll eat while the rest of the family enjoys a meal.
