Ugh... Need help please...

I have no idea where else to put this, so mods please move if necessary. I created a MDE acct for DH (just for dining reservations) & linked it to my acct.

Everything was fine until today. Suddenly (and I do mean yesterday and for the past 2 wks no prob... and today bam) control of everything (all bands except mine, my mil's Pop reservation, all our kids and their bands and tix) has been moved over to DH's acct - which was just supposted to be an acct to look for overlapping dining reservations for our party of 6.

I have so had it with Dis IT. I'm assuming that if I unlink him after this trip all those bands stay with DH's acct and I'll have to recreate everyone, right? I detest complications, especially Dis tech complications...

If you had the actual real names listed in both accounts, the names/people get merged.

When making ADRs, a list of names is not necessary. So, just let the names of everyone remain as Managed by your DH. You'll still have 2 different MDEs to use for ADRs and by linking the MDEs together, you'll still be able to book future trips and have new MBs linked, etc.

Yes I had their real names listed. I just can't figure out what happened.

DH's acct is confused as well. It has sent an invitation to itself for mil and one of our kids . I haven't touched the invitations & am just praying we make it through our trip which starts Sun without any IT issues. Thanks!

Yep, but no one but DH & I were listed on his acct. So I don't get who they matched to.
