I have two friends- Jill and Jane, let's say.
Well. Jane dislikes Jill. Why does Jane dislike Jill? Because Jane thinks that Jill can't sing. Jane also thinks Jill is stupid because she's emotional (Jill cries over some simple stuff sometimes). Jill doesn't really even know Jane. Jill knows Jane enough to not hate her, but not like her either.
Jill and Jane left for New York City today with the rest of the select choir and stage band on their weekend field trip. Jane made brownies. Now. Jane is a pot head and made her "special" brownies. They contain pot leaves. She also made regular brownies to give to people she doesn't trust with a pot brownie. She also made one, yes, just one brownie that contained pot and an extremely large dose of laxitives. A large enough dose to make Jill very, very sick. And the miscellaneous friends that Jane and I share were totally OK with her doing this.
I was lucky and I got to Jill before Jane did and told her not to eat anything given to her by anybody she didn't trust on this trip and I explained why.
Now, I have been considering severing my relationship with Jane for some time now. She was a really cool person my freshman year, she started to do pot hardcore last year and even then, wasn't too bad, but now she does it almost constantly. She has become malicious to people she doesn't like even if they have done nothing to provoke her. The only concerns I have about this is that a) ending a friendship with Jane will start to alienate me from our mutual friends that tend to side with her in arguments and b) if I stop talking to her, I won't know if she plans to try something like the brownie scheme again and that could lead to some of my other friends getting hurt.
I'm really stuck on this one, guys. I am beginning to dislike Jane as a person, too. She just isn't who she used to be. She's turned into that girl who sleeps with everyone and anyone and does all the drugs she can get her hands on.
