Ugh...hangover feeling

except I didn't drink last night!Ever feel like you were hit by the hangover bus even when you haven't been drinking? I feel awful today....headache, dizzy, nauseous. If I had known I'd feel this gross today, I'd have had a few drinks last night to make it worthwhile

That happens to me too. I think its dehydration. Trying drinking tons of water. Works for me.

Yep, I get migraines so I feel like that all the time and it's rotten, sorry to hear you have to deal with that today. Feel better

definetly thinks its dehydration! I went to a party this weekend and woke up like that Sunday morning! It stinks because if I am going to get a "hangover" at least I should have had some drinks... I got robbed!!!

ITA. Every waking day of my pregnant life... I feel just like that! I joke to DH that I just wish I had the good time to show for it!
