UGH! Disney sent me WRONG reservation docs

So today when I got home from work I have a UPS express envelope with Disney documents in it. I opened it and it is NOT my stuff, which I discovered AFTER I opened the interior envelope. So they mailed me an envelope via UPS with my name reservation number, etc on it and inside it is someone else's information.

I have phoned Disney and their response is and I quote Leopold, "Ma'am this happens all the time. It's not a big deal. We have sent your information out also." Since it's not in my UPS envelope to whom did they send my stuff?

Thing is that it is a big deal. I now know someone's name, spouse's name, childrens' names and when their home will be empty as they will be on vacation and someone else knows the same about me. Comforting? No.

I was very, very calm, but the person I spoke with as well as Leopold, the supervisor, were both rude and nonchalant. If this is happening all the time as he stated, Disney needs to do more checks and be more careful about what they are doing in the mailroom.

If you are a family of four in South Carolina staying at the Beach Club starting the 18th of February and haven't gotten your things, please pm me.

Oh and Disney's solution: for me to repackage, address, drive to the post office and pay to mail these on to the correct person. Seriously?
 
We are set to arrive in 17 days and I haven't received our docs yet. I guess I'll be calling tomorrow! Thats crazy hat they sent you the wrong travel information. That makes me nervous.

I think I would email Disney and say if they want the stuff back to send a courier by when I will be home (when it's convenient for me).
 

I was astounded with their reponse. I expected an apology for the inconvenience and for them to send me something to return these travel documents to them.

The lack of customer service was astounding. I did tell the supervisor, Leopold, that his response was less than professional.
 
You mean it happened to you twice?

They'll reprint another set of documents and send them to the other family.

And upon your request try again to send you your documents.
