Ugh, dh has a court date while we are at Disney

It is scheduled for 8am and we have adrs for 8:20. Would you try and reschedule the adr to a later time hoping that the court thing is over quickly or keep as schedule take the kids to breakfast and have him meet up with you at the park when he is finished? The one good thing is that it is by telephone and he does not have to appear in person.

I must have missed something, where does it say anything about this being unemployment related?? Maybe he is an attorney...
