Ugh - can't get in to +10!

Was hoping the ressie issue might have sorted itself, but my resort ressie still isn't being recognised so I can't do my +10s until noon

Does anyone have any suggestions in the meantime?
Definitely the right 12 digit resort ressie, definitely the right date, have tried both our surnames...

Man was that tough! Logged on and managed to get a couple adrs made online before I started getting errors! In fact a couple of times I got errors online with no confirmation number only to find that when I logged into my mobile app the reservation actually went through and gave me a confirmation number on that! I called at 7:00 to verify that they had actually been scheduled and finished the remainder of my trip. Ugggh...why do I let myself get so stressed out???

Hope everyone's managed to get what they wanted - I much prefer doing things online too.

My mobile signal is so poor at the moment I couldn't even get on the app properly - will be checking it later once I have a better signal to see if I can pick up the ressies I made on the phone!

I meant what is the UK site? There's a different site for the UK where you can make dining reservations?

That link took me to the regular site as far as I could tell

You will need to clear your cookies or use a different browser. This is the UK Site, but the new site will override it if you don't clear your cookies or use a different browser. I used Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer,since I always log into the Disney website using IE.

Thank you so much for posting this work around! The new website "sees" my 10 days, but won't actually let me make any reservations for it, but I was able to make my top reservations using the UK site.
