UGH! Bluetooth connection between cell phone & PC

I can't get it to work. The devices are paired. The phone's bluetooth icon is showing. The PC & phone are "paired". I have deleted and reinstalled the Nokia PC Suite. PHone is a Nokia 6230 and I am using a Bluetooth connection.

Any suggestions?
