Uggs question.

Thanks everyone for the investigations.

I am sending the Uggs back to Nordstrom.

The store that is an hour away, called me today and she said I could put 20% down on the Uggs, and they would save ours and it would be like a pre-sale. I honestly told her, I received a pair from Nordstrom and I asked her about the comfort and I told her how scratchy they were. She told me something was definately wrong. I also told her the fur was coming out of the boot with my hand. I wasn't pulling it out.

So, with her advice, and everyone's on here, I am sending them back. I really think I got a defect pair. The sales lady was honest with me, she didn't need to make my sale, she knows they can barely keep the boots in stock and they are gone. I also asked her if her store gets the boots from China and she said that they did.

So, the boots are back ordered 3 weeks, but my dd will have them for Christmas.

can anyone tell me how ugg's do in snow? do they need to be treated to walk through snow?
