UGG knockoff's are they just as good???

Do they have knockoff's that have the UGG label in the back? Are they just as good? I just can't justify the price of real Uggs!

I can't give you info about the Ugg brand however, I got a pair of Emu's for Christmas and I love them! It is not the suede boot but the sheepskin boot.

I don't usually comment much on things like this because I don't like to anger people. However, you do realize that is the same as stealing right? If you get one with the name without it being real, then you have stolen from the company or justified the person you bought it from stealing from the company. Why not just find a look-a-like without the name? I really hate this practice. If you bought something unknowingly that is one thing. Specifically looking for it, is another.

We also recommend the EMU's. I have 4 daughters and they have no problem with them not being UGGs. We have found the quality to be just as good and they really like the styles. As far as the knockoff Uggs, we have never seen any. We haven't looked either, but I think one of my girls would have mentioned seeing them.

I had knockoffs (Kohls brand) while nice they do not compare to the real Uggs I got this Christmas. The lining in the Kohls brand was not as full or warm as the real uggs and the stiching seems to be off. The suede in my Uggs is thicker and seems more sturdy.

If you don't want to pay the price why do you need the label on back? Status symbols are meaningless if you can't afford the real thing. Be proud of what you can afford and don't try to be something you're not.

I tried on the Sam's ones yesterday, they were very comfy and $34 i think. i didn't get them because i spend money on my kids before myself so I bought DD 6 a pair. She loves them and I am thinking of going back and getting myself a pair before they are gone, they only had 2 pair left.

Actually, real UGGs can be frugal. If you ever have a problem, they can be returned and you get new ones no matter how long you've had them. They are sooooo warm and keep you feet super dry! Haven't tried the EMUs...they sound good too though.

EMU's are actually made by UGGs. It's the more price conscious brand of the company. I personally didn't like the way the UGGs felt when I tried them on. I have a size 11 1/2 foot, so I'm extremely picky about fit and feel. I have pair of Steve Madden in the same concept.

And a knockoff is when someone else uses the style for inspiration. An item with a label that is not the item is a counterfeit. Knockoff = legal. Counterfeit = illegal.

I got some a pair of Emu last week. I love them and can't stop wearing them. I tried on some Uggs, but the Emu were a better fit/feel for me & at 1/2 the price!

Any website with any variation of *UGG* in it except www.uggaustralia.com will be selling counterfeits.
I have Ugg boots and EMU slippers and my slippers are just as good quality of my boots. Dd was trying on a pair of EMU boots at TJMaxx and I thought the sheepskin on the inside was so thick and comfy, just like my UGGs
Stay away from Bearpaw, dd had a pair and the fell apart within months.

Who sells Emu? I've never seen them in stores.

Macy's and I have seen them and UGGs at TJ Maxx.
