Trust worthy site. Probably the most trust worthy for tickets. Used multiple times. E-Ticket is the way to go. You can just add the e-ticket right into MDE.
Perfectly valid site. I've used for tickets no problem.
I will say that if you book a hotel through them, Disney considers them a "travel agent," and you will have to make changes through them; Disney will not work with you. I have ASMo reservations for November, and while I know Disney will move me somewhere at some point, I have no say in that process. The most the CM could do was put a note in my account that I'm planning to come. If I'd booked direct, I would already have my new reservation lined up.
We have used Undercover Tourist many times in the last 10+ years for park tickets (many WDW, but also Sea World AP and a few others). One time we had an issue and it was immediately resolved. Highly recommend for newbies and pros alike!
We've used Undercover Tourist for Disney and Universal trips in both Florida and California. I've been nothing but happy with them. I've had the tickets mailed to me.
If you aren't in a rush to buy tickets, sign up the mousesavers newsletter. It comes on the 15th of each month and has a link that will get a few more dollars off your UCT tix.
I have used UCT many times for WDW and Universal tickets. I always get hard tickets, personal preference. Be sure to check the information on returns for each kind (e-ticket vs hard ticket).
Used UCT for Universal tickets, and twice for MNSSHP. For the party, one time I had them electronically sent, and the other was through the mail. I did wait too long to order by mail, and I was freaking out, because they arrived the day before we left. I emailed UCT tho, and they said they have procedures if for some reason I never recvd the hard copy, they could then reissue. I found customer service by email to be helpful. No answer on the phones, but quick email answers. No problem at all with tickets working at the gate.
