Uber

Aloha!
Heading to Hawaii for the first time next month, including a stay at Aulani!
We are not interested in renting a car, but have a few trips we will need to make around the island. Can anyone speak on their experience with Uber or Lyft? Just how readily available they are and easy to get? I know they can be pricey, but we are not interested in paying or dealing with rental cars for this trip.

Depending on where you want to go, you may have difficulties. They don't necessarily stay in an area, or take rides where they'd be 30 minutes outside Oahu hoping for a return passenger.
