Uber/Lyft morning travel time to TTC?

Does anyone have experience with taking Uber/Lyft from an offsite hotel to TTC on a Saturday morning? Is there a long wait for an available ride? Is there a lot of traffic? And once at TTC, is there a line to get through the entrance and get dropped off?

Basically I’m trying to estimate the door to door time from an I-4 hotel in Lake Buena Vista to TTC on a Saturday morning. I was planning to leave around 8 am for a 9 am MK opening. Lyft estimated 20 minutes to TTC when I looked this morning (Saturday), but I don’t know how accurate that is especially factoring any wait that may occur between the TTC entrance and rideshare drop off area.

Bear in mind that the rideshare drop-off area is not accessed via the main parking entrance; it’s on Seven Seas Drive en route to the Polynesian.

I'd leave at 7:30 just to be safe.
