Uber from WDW to MCO?

Are uber drivers allowed to pick up passengers from Disney resorts and does anyone know the approximate cost to MCO?

Dh took Uber from BWV to MCO a few weeks ago. A regular car would have been around $30, but since he was traveling with friends, who had large bags, he upgraded, and it cost about $50.
