UAL allows flight changex to US

United issued a waiver to allow passengers to rebook air travel from Canada to the US in response to Transport Canada's ban on carry-on luggage. Not sure if our March flights count yet, but am calling in a few to find out if we can switch from YUL to BTV before the flights fill-up or dissapear.
