Just got back from a fab trip!
We flew United/Ted from O'Hare to Orlando. Both flights were smooth, airline personel were great, security at both airports a breeze. On return, used Sky Cap to check bags as the line at the counter was at best 15 minutes, at worst more like 45 (TONS of people with TONS of bags!). We took one look, turned around, and headed back out side. We tiped $4 for three bags, then waltzed right to the security line. I don't know why more people don't do this, it's such a small price to pay when lines to check in are so long!
Tiffany was great! Had Bob on the way down. He was waiting at the bottom of the escalator with a sign, helped us with our bags, the grocery stop was no problem, and had us to WDW in no time. As we passed the "WDW" sign marking the resort, he popped in a CD and played "The Mickey Mouse Club" song! What a welcome!
The return driver was also fine, I didn't catch his name though. Had us to the airport in about 30 minutes or so. I'd deffinatly would use them again, and recomend them to anyone!
